Additional Job Description Education: A master's degree in business administration, information technology, healthcare administration, or related field. Ten (10) years of relevant leadership experience to include IT project management, financial and resource management, strategic planning, workforce/human capital management, legal/compliance is required. Demonstrated ability to envision, plan and support large-scale, enterprise-wide systems. Academic qualifications, project management experience, certifications in ITIL strongly preferred. Knowledge/Work Experience: - Demonstrated success and expertise in IT academic healthcare leadership, including improving customer satisfaction, evaluating innovative technology, managing fiscal performance, and partnering with academic, research, clinical and business stakeholders to ensure services and support are meeting expected levels of service, quality, and performance - 10 years of relevant professional experience in areas such as program/project management, IT consulting, customer relationship management and IT operations management Progressive IT operations and service leadership experience in a multi-site academic health system organization PMP certification preferred - Must have a proven and continuously improving track record with KPIs of delivering excellent customer service - Must have a solid track record of high staff engagement and retention - Relevant business, IT operations, project management, financial and resource management, strategic planning, workforce/human capital management, legal and compliance experience - Please note, this is not a hybrid role. The selected candidate is expected to be on-site and/or traveling to other MUSC Health System Facilities at least 80-90%. There is a strong in-person culture at MUSC and this role is expected to lead a large team F2F as well as conduct other cross functional and executive/leadership team meetings in person.
