What are the responsibilities and job description for the Outside Plant Technical Trainer position at C01 Comporium, Inc.?

SUMMARYPrepare and deliver professional technical training for Outside Plant (OSP) employees to improve on the job proficiency and confidence. Maintain training libraries, records and training aids per approved programs and established operation procedures. Maintain expert technical knowledge and field operating skills for all telecommunication Outside Plant facilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Train all Outside Plant employees to perform required technical tasks based on established standards for quality and quantity.
- Plan and deploy training programs and technical support assets for current and new products and services.
- Conduct Quality Assurance inspections for measuring and reporting performance.
- Build and maintain applicable training aids for all technical training modules.
- Maintain individual proficiency through technical certification and education.
REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma required
5 years of experience including OSP Construction, Installation and Repair, Splicing or Coaxial Line Technician
Must have superior technical, administrative, leadership and communication skills
Requires strong research and evaluation skills.
Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs., climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl and work in confined spaces
Valid Driver's License
Trainer and other Outside Plant Technical Certifications or equivalent experience
