Job Description:
· Conduct annual training and development needs assessments to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement across teams.
· Design and implement training programs and objectives aligned with organizational goals and industry standards.
· Develop initiatives focused on tools and processes specific to renewable energy product manufacturing, including a "train the trainer" program.
· Manage departmental budgets to ensure effective allocation of training resources.
· Create effective training materials using various media, such as user manuals, e-learning courses, and job aids.
· Deliver hands-on training programs in both classroom and virtual environments, emphasizing practical application in solar panel manufacturing.
· Implement and manage a Learning Management System (LMS) to track training progress and outcomes.
· Assess team-specific training needs and customize programs to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
· Collaborate with subject matter experts to maintain up-to-date and industry-aligned training content.
· Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, conducting follow-up studies to measure impact.
· Provide post-training support to reinforce learning and address challenges.
· Stay updated on new technologies, tools, and trends in renewable energy to enhance training methodologies.
· Maintain a centralized repository of training resources for ongoing reference.
· Coach and train managers, supervisors, and others involved in employee development to foster a culture of continuous learning.
· Organize and facilitate employee development events, ensuring all logistical needs are met.
· Develop organizational communications, such as intranet posts and newsletters, to promote training events and resources.
· Continuously update training programs based on feedback and evolving organizational needs.
· Collaborate with management and HR teams to ensure cohesive employee development strategies.
· Uphold organizational culture and values through training initiatives.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, education, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
· Proven experience as a technical trainer, instructor, or similar role.
· Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
· Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
· Expertise in designing training programs for various learning styles and skill levels.
· Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
· Willingness to travel for on-site training, if required.
· Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, AWS, SAP, Workday).
· Experience in instructional design or curriculum development.
· Familiarity with agile methodologies and training within such frameworks.
