GFL is looking for a Regional Manager of Systems and Processes to join our team in Mokena IL. As a key member of GFL’s dynamic team you will provide regional support with respect to Operational Administrative Business Processes utilizing GFL suite of systems including OMS, ETS, XMS, Geotab and Agile. The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication at all levels, attention to detail, problem solving skills coupled with the ability to meet tight deadlines in this multi-task fast paced environment. Weekly progress calls with District Managers and Senior Administrators. Monthly spot checks on invoicing, credit invoices, vendor PO and invoice status. Monthly Lunch & Learn Sessions for identified problem areas Quarterly review of best practices with peers from Regions across Canada and USA Instrumental in the roll out/integration of GFL’s Systems to new business acquisitions Assist in the preparation of Go Live data Identify any system data or process discrepancies and adequately facilitate resolutions with system users Work closely with system development group and operations to convey business needs Develop a training program for new and current users at an operational level What's you'll need: Good working knowledge of P&L reporting process Strong business administration experience Knowledge of waste management operations Experience and knowledge in Transportation of Dangerous Goods will be an asset Regulatory and technical knowledge with respect to the hazardous waste industry is highly desirable Detail orientated, working with numbers and accuracy of information Strong computer literacy; comfortable working with multiple systems including Microsoft office applications Confidence in ability to work in a constant changing work environment Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Proven interpersonal organizational analytical and problem-solving skills Bachelors degree preferred Join us and become part of "Team Green" at GFL Environmental, where your skills and dedication will be valued and rewarded.
