Paid time off Competitive wages Growth opportunities What you'll do: Support / Communicate with Operations Supervisor daily to ensure production expectations are being met. • Report contamination received to carriers with photo documentation • Provide ticket information monthly to carriers • Enforce PPE and sign in/out procedure. Greets visitors to plant, contacts appropriate staff when visitors arrive. • Facilitate front office duties, ship/receive parcels and mail, maintain voicemail etc. • Enter all shipping information into reports as needed • Maintain shared folder information for staff • Support scale for lunch breaks, sick time, vacation • Review night shift tasks are complete, fill in where necessary • Communicate with carriers on updates to company policy • Ensure weight limits are met for each outgoing shipment • Reschedule trucks as needed • Advise the next shift of any special instructions carrying over from day shift • Provide training to new scale personnel as required.
