Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Warehouse Supervisor. This position offers a comprehensive training program in various aspects of logistics and supply chain management.

Duties:
- Warehouse protocols and supply chain operations
- Assist in implementing lean principles to optimize processes
- Provide support to all Warehouse activities
- Shadow Warehouse Managers to understand operations
- Contribute to demand planning strategies
- Assist with transportation planning
- Inventory control techniques

Qualifications:

- Associate's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- REQUIRED: **Proficient Warehouse, Logistics, and Supply chain operations
- REQUIRED: **2-3 years of previous experience in Inventory Control and Warehouse Supervision
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
