Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Management Trainee. This position offers a comprehensive training program in various aspects of logistics and supply chain management.

Duties:
- Gain hands-on experience in Warehouse protocols, and supply chain operations
- Assist in implementing lean principles to optimize processes
- Provide support to all Management activities
- Shadow Warehouse Supervisors to understand operations
- Contribute to demand planning strategies
- Assist with transportation planning
- Learn inventory control techniques

Qualifications:

- Associate's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Strong interest in Warehouse, Logistics, and Supply chain operations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Knowledge of transportation management systems
- Familiarity with lean principles and practices
- Previous experience in inventory control and Warehouse supervision
