We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Center Director in Training. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing academic plans, managing a team of educators, and overseeing center operations.

- Develop and implement academic plans for prospective and enrolled families
- Manage a team of educators and support staff to deliver high-quality services
- Oversee center operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
- Build strong relationships with customers to drive retention through referrals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proven sales experience
- Authorized to work in the US
- Ability to travel assigned areas regularly
