Our firm is seeking an experienced Facility Support Specialist that will provide support in Riverdale, Maryland. The Facility Support Specialist/General Laborer responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Breaking down furniture and removing it from the office building. The furniture will need to be moved out of multiple floors to dumpsters in the loading dock.
- Load, pack, and transport items with care to outside dumpsters
- Responsible for ensuring no damage to walls or property while moving and breaking down furniture.
Requirements:
- This individual must have a valid drivers license and be able to pass a background investigation
- Punctual and professional
- Reliable transportation
- High School qualification or equivalent
- Able to move, lift, and transport up to 50lbs
- Regular and reliable attendance
