- Assess the organization’s current training and development needs.
- Design, implementation and evaluation of current program.
- Review and evaluate existing training and develop a new training content.
- Responsible for STEM OPT training and supervising as well as other student internship training program.
- Deliver training to individuals or groups of employees.
- Plan, develop, and provide training and staff development programs using knowledge of Complete SDLC processes in IT development and services.
- Must provide in classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops.
- Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new hires as well as existing employees.
- Confer with management and conduct surveys to identify training needs based on Company’s projected production processes, changes, and other factors.
- Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.
- Develop testing and evaluation procedures of the new hires as well as existing employee.
