Job Responsibilities: Utilize sales related sales training and manuals for the following Work with BDRs to insure they are following our sales process, the “Wedge” utilizing our scripts Utilize our call coaching and role play process in addition to shadowing sales appointments to increase their sales effectiveness Ensure all new BDRs successfully complete our Sales Certification Process withing 60 days of start date, and incumbent BDRs go through a periodic Sales Recertification Process Update any training materials and communicate to management and BDR’s Develop training for BDR staff that meets all levels of tenure Role Play and enforce the Wedge and Overcoming objection handling scripts Use Daily/Weekly Activity & Results Scorecards Hold new reps accountable to specific agreed upon training and certification goals with timelines Require performance metrics against a timeline Provide Go/No Go recommendations on Reps to Director of sales Use scorecards and work with Director of Sales to insure BDRs are maintaining their activity & results levels to meet monthly, weekly and daily goals and qualify for monthly bonuses. Coach to close the gap on any short falls utilizing Gil Cargil Coaching techniques Evaluate and work with Director of Sales to determine “will” or “skill” issues to close the gap Assist with recruiting and hiring process and present candidates to Director of Sales and COO for final stage of interview Take on additional projects or responsibilities such as follow up in Key accounts or Key Prospects for all divisions of the company as needed
Qualifications: 5 – 10 years B2B high activity sales hunting experience and proven success record Needs to have a proven track record of managing high activity, high direction and high structured sales process 3 years B2B Sales Hunting Coaching or Training Experience Excellent at building rapport, trust and confidence with ability to influence behavior of BDR’s Effective Communicator (Ability to observe and deliver effective, clear direction from the observation that will change behavior and improve outcomes) Ability to have hard conversations Leadership by example Experience holding staff accountable to sales activity metrics Active Listener Self-disciplined: activity, focus, change Exceptional w/ time management Able to train navigating through an organization to identify and get in front “Key Influencers” that are involved in the decision-making process (ability to create momentum in an organization) Willing to teach and reinforce our sales process (the “Wedge”), scripts and Rational Problem-Solving Skills quick on their feet adapting to situations and staff as needed
