Job Summary:
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management. The HRBP serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues, acting as an employee champion and change agent. The role assesses and anticipates human resource-related needs, communicates proactively with management and leaders, and develops integrated solutions. The HRBP formulates partnerships across the function to deliver value-added services to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization. This role plays a crucial role in fostering a positive workplace environment, promoting employee engagement, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Duties/Responsibilities:Strategic Human Resources Partnership and Change Management
- Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement human resources strategies that align with business goals; analyze metrics and data to identify trends and make informed decisions.
- Act as a trusted advisor and consultant to management on human resource-related issues, providing insights and recommendations.
- Lead and support organizational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and smooth transitions.
Employee Relations
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Talent Management
- Support the implementation of initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, and employee development.
- Facilitate talent reviews and development discussions to identify high-potential employees and build a strong talent pipeline; partner with recruitment teams to attract top talent.
- Conduct the offboarding process by holding exit interviews, making recommendations for improvements, and reporting findings and trends.
Learning and Development
- Identify training needs and create learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to support employee growth and career development.
Policy and Compliance
- Ensure human resources policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with legal requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on human resources policies and procedures.

- SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- This is an office desk position with no significant physical exertion required.
- Must be willing and able to access each department at the organization's facilities with occasional travel to different business units as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
