Senior Salesforce Business Analyst
Location : Ideally MN but open to Remote
Job Summary : We are looking for a skilled and experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team.
Key Responsibilities :
Requirement Gathering and Analysis :
Collaborate with healthcare stakeholders to understand and document business processes, requirements, and objectives.
Conduct detailed analysis of business needs and translate them into functional and technical specifications for Salesforce Health Cloud.
Solution Design and Implementation :
Create process flows, wireframes, and use cases to communicate design concepts to stakeholders.
Assist in configuring Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and automation processes to meet business needs.
Work with Salesforce administrators and developers to design and implement customized solutions within Salesforce Health Cloud
Project Management and Collaboration :
Participate in project planning, execution, and delivery for Salesforce Health Cloud initiatives.
Facilitate cross-functional meetings and workshops to gather requirements and provide updates on project status.
Collaborate with IT, clinical, and administrative teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of solutions
Testing and Quality Assurance :
Develop test plans, test cases, and conduct testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements and are free of defects.
Work with end-users to perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback for continuous improvement
Training and Support :
Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using Salesforce Health Cloud.
Develop training materials, user guides, and documentation to facilitate user adoption
Continuous Improvement :
Stay updated on Salesforce releases, Health Cloud features, and industry best practices to continuously improve solutions.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and system enhancements.
Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Experience :
Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with other Salesforce clouds such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Community Cloud.
Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and challenges.
Project management experience and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
