ServiceNow Business Process Consultant
Location : Hybrid Houston, TX
Following rapid expansion of new client initiatives, the practice is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Business Process Consultant / Analyst with strong ServiceNow and experience and process knowledge to join our dynamic solutions team.
Role and Accountabilities :
This opportunity will suit a motivated Business Process Consultant with a demonstrated record of offering ServiceNow related design and development support, successfully delivering on a wide range of ServiceNow related technical engagements. The successful candidate(s) will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties :
- Conduct in-depth analysis of current business processes and workflows to identify improvement opportunities in the transition from BMC Remedy to ServiceNow.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements for ServiceNow implementation, particularly in IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, and HR Workflows.
- Design and implement tailored ServiceNow solutions that optimize operational efficiency and align with business objectives.
- Lead the development of process documentation, including process maps and standard operating procedures, ensuring compliance with industry best practices.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders and users on new processes and ServiceNow functionalities.
- Monitor and analyze post-implementation performance to identify areas for continuous improvement and optimization.
- Provide strategic guidance on integrating ServiceNow with other systems like SCCM, SCOM, SCSM, SAP, and Workday, ensuring seamless workflow and data consistency.
- Act as a liaison between the technical team and business units, ensuring clear communication and understanding of process changes.
