Role and Responsibilities :
As a motivated Business Process Consultant, you will leverage your expertise to design and deliver innovative ServiceNow solutions, driving efficiency and meeting client objectives. Key responsibilities include :
- Conducting in-depth analysis of existing business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement during ServiceNow implementations.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and translating them into functional requirements for ServiceNow solutions, focusing on IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- Designing and implementing tailored ServiceNow solutions that enhance operational efficiency and align with business objectives.
- Leading the creation of process documentation, including process maps and standard operating procedures, in compliance with industry best practices.
- Facilitating workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on new processes and ServiceNow capabilities.
- Monitoring and analyzing post-implementation performance, identifying areas for continuous improvement and optimization.
- Providing strategic guidance on integrating ServiceNow with other systems to ensure seamless workflows and data consistency.
- Acting as a liaison between technical teams and business units, ensuring effective communication and alignment on process changes.
