Title : ServiceNow Business Process Consultant / Analyst
Location : Houston, TX (or surrounding areas)
Remote OKAY.
Rate : $ 70 - 75 / hr
Qualifications :
Required Skills and Experience :
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in business process consulting or analysis, with a focus on ITSM and ITOM systems, particularly with ServiceNow.
- Proven experience in leading business process reengineering and optimization projects, delivering measurable improvements.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills for engaging both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Experience in conducting workshops and training sessions to ensure effective knowledge transfer and adoption of new processes.
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and integration of various IT systems for streamlined operations.
