UX Designer IIILocation : RemoteDevelop visual designs and user interfaces for native mobile experiences based on user research and business requirementsIncorporate our company's branding and platform standards into UX designExtend visual design systems and patterns into native mobile, including layouts, grids, photography, iconography, UI elements, and othersArticulate UX concepts clearly, communicating effectively with internal leaders and partnersConnect UX recommendations to larger global strategy, leveraging design thinking towards business outcomesCollaborate with design research in uncovering and incorporating user needs into design requirementsWork with project managers and business analysts to follow project timelines and provide design deliverablesSupport developer hand-offs, including performing design QA
Skills :
Strong Figma understanding including components, shared libraries, auto-layout, and prototyping (experience with variables is a plus)Native mobile design requirements (both iOS and Android, but also non-OS-specific)Healthcare design, for both patients and for cliniciansHIPAA and patient data privacyDesign systems and brandingDisplaying and managing data (tables and grids, graphs and charts)Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines, including WCAG and ADA, for mobile devicesDesigning for behavior change is a plus
Education :
A Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university in design, graphic design, visual communications, industrial design or design strategy.
