We're seeking an experienced Business Process Functional Analyst to join the team at C5MI! In this role, you'll use your expertise in SAP to analyze and optimize processes for C5MI clients, focusing on configuring and customizing the SAP system to accurately reflect and support those processes. This position requires in-depth knowledge and experience in Department of Navy (DoN) ERP and SAP to support NAVSUP and the Navy supply chain. Key Responsibilities
- Perform analysis of Department of Navy (DoN) ERP system functionality and processes
- Work with Senior Business Process Functional Analysts and other IT professionals
- Develop and present recommendations to client (client-facing)
- Troubleshoot and implement solutions based on findings and client feedback
- Document and track requirements, including closure
- Develop and explain as-is and to-be process flows
- Support SAP migration activities
- In-depth knowledge, experience, and functional expertise in Department of Navy (DoN) ERP and SAP to support NAVSUP, and the Navy supply system
- Functional knowledge and subject matter expertise (SME) with:
- Business Processes
- SAP and expertise in defect analysis, change requests, or Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) development
- Operations management, functional integration support, legacy system support, error resolution and analysis, data validation, reporting and metrics support, and data warehousing
Education, Training, and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or as a substitute for the Bachelor's degree, an Associate Degree with 2 years of additional experience
- Knowledge, experience, and functional expertise in Department of Navy (DoN) ERP and SAP to support NAVSUP and the Navy supply system
- Recent and relevant experience in governance and Navy SCM processes
- Recent and relevant senior-level experience in large scale SAP migrations
- Recent and relevant experience with large scale transformations and best practices in the logistics and supply chain industry
- Recent and relevant experience in SAP migration data strategy and Business Intelligence approaches for Supply Chain Management.
- Must be able to obtain a U.S. security clearance.
- Must be a self-starter and problem solver, capable of functioning in a dynamic, fast-paced, change-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
- Must possess strong technical skills in ERP system administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Must have a strong understanding of business processes across various functional areas.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Strong written and verbal communication/presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
