We're seeking an experienced Senior Business Process Functional Analyst to join the team at C5MI! In this role, you'll use your expertise in SAP to analyze and optimize processes for C5MI clients, focusing on configuring and customizing the SAP system to accurately reflect and support those processes. This position requires in-depth knowledge and experience in Department of Navy (DoN) ERP and SAP to support NAVSUP and the Navy supply chain. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather business requirements.
- Configuring the SAP system to align with business needs.
- Analyzing and defining complex business systems and processes.
- Designing and implementing customizations and integrations.
- Leading SAP migration activities and user acceptance testing.
- Providing advanced support and troubleshooting for the ERP system.
- Developing user training materials and delivering training sessions.
- Identifying opportunities to enhance business processes with SAP functionalities.
- Ensuring continuous communication with stakeholders.
- Performing gap analysis between current business processes and SAP capabilities.
Education, Training, and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, business analytics, or a related field OR an Associate degree with 2 years of additional experience OR a high school diploma with 10 years of additional experience.
- Must have in-depth knowledge and experience in Department of Navy (DoN) ERP and SAP to support NAVSUP and the Navy supply chain.
- Must have deep functional knowledge/Subject Matter Expert (SME) in business process support, SAP expertise, defect analysis, change request or Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) development, operations management, functional integration support, legacy system support, error resolution and analysis, data validation, reporting and metrics support, and data warehousing.
- Minimum of 10 years functional SAP experience, of which at least 3 years are DoN ERP specific.
- Recent and relevant experience governance and Navy SCM processes.
- Recent and relevant senior level experience in large scale SAP migrations.
- Recent and relevant experience with large scale transformations and best practices in the logistics and supply chain industry.
- Recent and relevant experience in SAP migration data strategy and Business Intelligence approaches for Supply Chain Management.
- Recent and relevant experience in SAP migration data strategy and Business Intelligence approaches for Supply Chain Management.
- Must be able to obtain a U.S. security clearance.
- Must be a self-starter and problem solver, capable of functioning in a dynamic, fast-paced, change-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
- Must possess strong technical skills in ERP system administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Must have a strong understanding of business processes across various functional areas.
- Ability to lead and mentor team members during the deployment process.
