You will join Credit Agricole CIB Americas as a Project Manager - Capital Market Operations.Within the project group, the project manager will assist in coordinating projects involving Capital Market Operations.Capital Market Operations project team supports : Back Office FX-MM, Middle Office (Treasury, Credit, FX, IRD), Back Office Derivatives, Middle Office Securitization, Collateral and MtM Client.Your concrete missions will be the following : Write business requirements / expression of needs from both functional and technical (if required) standpointsWrite and / or update operational proceduresFormalize process flows (functional and system-related mappings)Assist in / or produce KPI'sContribute to the communication around a project (meetings, minutes, action follow up…)Assist the senior project manager in the coordination and implementation of mainstream projects when applicableProvide ad hoc assistance in transversal projects if requiredSupport and implement the change management actions (new process definition, gap analysis formalization, post-implementation follow up, trainings…) when required.
