  • Manage incoming calls and greet visitors
  • Handle correspondence (physical & email)
  • Organize files, records, and documents
  • Assist with document preparation and review
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment

  • Ability to type 40 words per minute
  • Experience performing a variety of difficult clerical duties
  • Experience making clear and comprehensive reports
  • Education or training of modern office methods, supplies, and equipment
  • Completed Business English course work and/or experience writing business correspondence
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to manage and maintain sensitive records and mail
  • Ability to apply specific laws, rules and office policies and procedures
  • Operates various office machines
  • Evaluates situations accurately and takes effective action
