- Statement of Qualifications -
- Describe your experience conducting financial analysis or reviewing financial statements for grants, loans, or other funding programs. Include specific examples of how you assessed financial viability, performed due diligence, or evaluated risk when making funding recommendations.
- Discuss your experience assisting applicants with grant, loan, or funding applications and the support you provide during this process.
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience reviewing grant or loan applications, including financial data analysis, to support award decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including creating and maintaining complex financial spreadsheets.
- Experience collecting, analyzing, and reporting financial and programmatic data.
- Ability to provide applicant support, ensuring timely and complete application submissions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of public finance, charter school funding, or state grant/loan programs is a plus.

Minimum Qualifications
Possession of Minimum Qualifications will be verified prior to interview and/or appointment. If you are meeting Minimum Qualifications with education, you must include your unofficial transcripts/diploma for verification in your application packet. If it is determined that a candidate does not meet all Minimum Qualifications, the candidate will be withheld from the eligibility list, rendering them inactive and ineligible to be hired for the classification. Candidates who have been withheld may file an appeal with the State Personnel Board.
