We seek an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to support our Executive Search team and clients with recruiting senior executives, non-executive directors, and board-level executives worldwide. This role will involve interfacing with senior leaders, recruiters, and external stakeholders, as well as supporting the preparation of marketing materials and candidate biographies.
The successful candidate will have experience with Microsoft Office Suite, scheduling, administrative support, or business operations. They must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards. Local residence in the Chicago area is preferred, although remote work options are available.
