Overall Function:
Responsible for processing information pertaining to returned merchandise including: credits, inventory transfers, and inventory reconciliation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Assist RMA Supervisor with training the RMA Associates
· Assist RMA Associates as needed with receiving returned products from customers
· Assist RMA Associates as needed with inspecting returned garments using Quality Control inspection procedures
· Determine appropriate quality of inspected garment (1st quality/damaged/repair)
· Lead physical inventory process
· Process inventory transfers to correct inventory locations (first quality or damages)
· Assist in processing customer credits
· Address problematic returns with Cabi Account Management Team
· Fill in for RMA Supervisor as needed
· Perform related duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
Education and/or Experience:
· High School Diploma or GED
· 2 year’s experience in warehouse operations or inventory management

Organizational Support: Follows policies and procedures
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
· The employee will be required to stand and walk for the entire shift, and carry up to 15 lbs. The employee is regularly required to sit, talk and hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard
· : While performing the duties of this job, the noise level in the work environment may be loud due to warehouse operational functions.
