Job Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Cabin Cleaner to join our team. As a Cabin Cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of cabins and vacation rental properties. Your primary objective will be to provide exceptional cleaning services, maintain high standards of cleanliness, and create a welcoming environment for our guests. Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize cabins and vacation rental properties according to established standards and guidelines.
Perform general cleaning tasks, including but not limited to dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sweeping.
Empty, sanitize and refill hot tubs according to company standards.
Ensure all surfaces, appliances, furniture, and fixtures are clean and in good condition.
Change linens and make beds to provide fresh and comfortable accommodations for guests.
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and bathtubs.
Stock and replenish supplies, such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning products.
Empty trash cans and dispose of waste in a sanitary manner.
Inspect cabins for damages or maintenance issues and report them to the supervisor.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient cleaning operations.
Provide excellent customer service and address guests' concerns or special requests promptly and professionally.
Adhere to all safety and health regulations to maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment.
Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality of service.
Maintain a positive and respectful attitude towards guests, colleagues, and supervisors.
Requirements:
Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning services preferred.
Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Ability to handle physical work, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and irregular hours as needed.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work.
US Work Authorization.
