What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Administrator position at Cabinet Harbor LLC?
Office administrator needed to assist in organizing and maintaining the office for a newly developed cabinetry company to answer phones, key in new orders, assist customers coming into the showroom, file paperwork, and keep the office organized.
This position offers plenty of room for growth within the company and offers compensation for all new business generated as well as salary compensation.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy
- Assist managing agendas, meetings and appointments for upper management
- Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence
- Support bookkeeping and budgeting procedures for the company
- Create and update databases and records for financial information, personnel and other data
