Description of Opportunity:
- Sell Cabinets, Countertops, Installation, Flooring, Painting, & More!
- Work with homeowners, contractors, architects, & developers.
- Retail showroom position ... No Pressure Sales
- Scope is easy work with computers and consumers
Duties:
- Engage with provided leads and build repeat business relationship
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product or service solutions
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Follow up with prospects and maximize sales opportunities
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience in inside sales or a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets
Hours & Commitment:
- 1 constant day off During Week
- Every 3rd Weekend Off | Every 3rd Saturday Off
- NO Sundays, NO Nights, NO Major Holidays
