Primary Responsibilities
- Direct the daily workflow of the department.
- Work directly with leadership, the Scheduler, and other department Leads to coordinate and execute the daily schedule.
- Create, assemble, and prepare products for shipping.
- Accurately complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.
- Ability to read and follow packing lists for customer orders.
- Ensure shipments are packaged securely according to established standards prior to leaving the facility.
- Responsible for operating shipping equipment including bander, tape gun, screw gun, scale, tape measure, shrink wrap tools and forklift.
- Use of shipping software to schedule shipments.
- Perform work in a safe manner following work instructions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
