What You'll Do:
- Use your cabinet-making and installation experience to help customers find the right hinges, slides, and organizers.
- Provide expert guidance via phone, email, and chat to both professionals and DIYers.
- Troubleshoot product compatibility and installation questions.
- Work in a collaborative environment where your industry knowledge is valued.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of experience in cabinet making, installation, or woodworking.
- Knowledge of functional cabinet hardware (Blum, Rev-A-Shelf, Grass, Hafele, Accuride, KV).
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to share expertise.
- Comfortable using a computer to look up products and assist customers.
