Overview:
We are seeking a Lead person to join our team as the Lead for the our Door Production. The ideal candidate will have expertise in manage day to day tasks, supervising people, meeting schedules and more. The candidate will be required to have experience in cabinetry door production.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all door shop activities, personnel, and machinery
- Coordinate with shop foreman to ensure timely completion of projects
- Supervise employees, providing guidance and support
- Monitor inventory levels to make sure supplies are ordered as needed
Requirements:
- Cabinetry Door Production
- Experience in supervising and leading a team
- Ability to read and interpret schematics accurately
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Previous experience in a similar role
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
