We are currently adding oneSpecialistto ourCustomer Serviceteam.All Customer Service Specialists must have well-developed verbal and written communication skills; thorough knowledge of the service or product and ability to describe its functions, features and details to customers over the phone and through email/chat. Customer service specialists must be able to respond to customer complaints, requests and inquiries in a professional and timely manner. This is not a call-center environment.
Duties and responsibilities
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and online chat related questions.
Work closely with other team members to ensure all customer needs are being met in a timely and professional manner
General office and administrative tasks
Assist customers with technical problems when using our products or services
Assist customers will all shipping related questions
May assist with the Customer Claims process for damaged/missing product
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
Escalate tickets to management as needed.
Gather customer feedback and share with Product, Sales and Marketing teams
Qualifications
- Associate Degree or 2 years college preferred
- Minimum 3 years experience in a customer-facing , customer service position
- MUST be detail-oriented and able to multi-task
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; work under tight deadlines
- Technology: we require the ability to operate telephones, smartphones, tablets, printers, desktop and laptop computers and all associated software programs including word, excel , internet and database applications, and database management. The right fit will be tech savvy and highly computer literate.
- Experience with Salesforce preferred
- Bi-lingual, English/Spanish is a plus
This position will be office-based in our Tampa/Brandon office for a minimum of the first 90-days of employment. Most of our teams are currently working a hybrid schedule which requires 2 days a week/every week in the office and the remaining 3 days at home. All hybrid employees are required to maintain a designated work space in their home; free from interruptions and distractions and provide their own internet service. Hybrid may be available after all training is satisfactorily completed. This decision will be made by management at the appropriate time. Work hours for this position will be Monday through Thursday 9:00 am-6:00 pm and Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 pm est.Full time employees enjoy a a complete benefits package including paid time off, holiday pay, 401(k), medical/dental/vision and life insurance opportunities.
