Internship Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our corporate HR team for the Summer, 2025 internship program. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions within a corporate manufacturing environment. The intern will work closely with our HR professionals, contributing to projects and initiatives that support our employees and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment processes.
- Support new hire onboarding and orientation programs.
- Participate in employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Help maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
- Assist with the administration of employee benefits and compensation programs.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support HR-related projects as assigned.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or have graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field in 2025.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Prior experience or coursework in human resources is a plus.
- Hands-on experience in a dynamic HR environment.
