Job Description
Cabinetworks Group, a leading manufacturer of cabinets and kitchen / bath products, is seeking a Manager of Sales Effectiveness to support our strategic sales growth initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales operations professionals including sales analyst, retail category managers, S&OP demand planers, and sales operation coordinators. This team will provide robust sales and performance insights through monthly KPI reporting. This team will also engage with key projects related to process improvement and system maintenance. This is a newly created role, and we are looking for a strong leader to build and manage this team.
PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES :
Lead a high-performing team of Retail Category Managers and Sales Analysts responsible for :
- Conducting comprehensive Point of Sale (POS), inventory, and in-stock analyses for key retail customers
- Developing and delivering detailed sales performance insights, including :
o Customer and channel Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting
o Order and revenue trend analysis
o Annual sales target planning support
Build and manage a dynamic team of S&OP Demand Planners
o Customer segments
o Sales channels
o Product brands
o Geographic regions
o Integrate marketing promotions into demand planning
o Incorporate new product launches
o Adapt to new customer acquisitions
o Manage program changes with precision
o Reconcile unit and financial forecasts
o Ensure forecast accuracy
o Identify and implement continuous improvement strategies in the S&OP cycle
Build and manage Master Data Management processes for Sales Operations
o Maintain system roles and hierarchies
o Configure and optimize account management systems
