You will join a team of other highly skilled Inside Sales Representatives who provide exceptional customer service to our customers. The Inside Sales Representative is specifically responsible for ensuring a high level of "customer satisfaction" through exceptional "customer service". The primary objective is to assist customers with the end goal of generating new and additional orders by ensuring optimum customer service while educating the customers about our products through effective use of computer systems and exceptional telephone service techniques.
Representatives will ensure optimum customer service to the customers by relaying information regarding product information, quotes and orders. This will include learning drawing software, project management software, and Microsoft Teams to communicate internally. The Inside Sales Representative will be surrounded by an excellent Customer Service Team that will train and support this position.
Requirements
- Position requires excellent professional telephone skills. A substantial part of the job will entail answering incoming calls as well as the calling of current customers to set follow up on orders.
- Good team skills required. Individual will need to work closely with diverse personalities.
- Development of relationships with industry professionals and Industry groups, will be important to growing the business.
- Individual should be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
- Position requires good organizational skills to maximize the time that Insides Sales Representatives spend on the phone assisting customers.
Qualifications :
1. Preference will be given candidates with a two-year or four-year degree. Particular preference will be given to candidates with a Business Administration Degrees.
2. Candidates with a working knowledge of Kitchen Design software to include, KCD Software, 2020 Design, CabinetVision or equivalent is a plus.
3. Preference will be given candidates with a sales work history and / or cabinet work history or has experience in customer service.
