What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Content Strategist position at Cable Bullet?
SUMMARY
This position is responsible for managing and refining Cable Bullet’s content marketing strategy. This individual will produce engaging content that resonates with our target audiences while continuously seeking ways to enhance our overall marketing efforts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conducts market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities related to content.
- Creates campaign and brand messages that resonate with the target audience and maintain consistency with brand voice.
- Manages the content calendar to ensure timely delivery of content across all channels.
- Creates, manages, and updates various internal and external branded documents.
- Creates and schedules short-form content for the Cable Bullet website, social media, email, and text messaging platforms.
- Respond to comments, DMs, and UGC on Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest.
- Manages influencer process; correspondence with influencers, updating lead statuses, scheduling meetings, sending welcome packets, etc.
- Assist with on-site photo and video shoots as needed.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- 2-5 Years of experience - can operate and manage processes and work independently
- Associate’s degree preferred; will consider those with some associate degree completion and transferable skills/experience

- Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such actions
- Ability to work harmoniously with internal and external stakeholders to meet a deadline
- Ability to understand project scope and create a plan to meet the stated deadline

- The employee is primarily exposed to a normal office environment and an operations facility, with varying levels of noise.
