Job Summary
As a New Car Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the right vehicle while delivering an outstanding buying experience. You’ll build relationships, provide expert product knowledge, and guide customers through the sales process.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, actively listening to their needs.
- Stay knowledgeable about vehicle features, pricing, and financing options.
- Present and demonstrate vehicles in a professional manner.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
- Maintain a high level of customer service throughout the sales process.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team and management.
- Stay up to date with manufacturer training and dealership sales processes.
- Previous sales experience preferred; automotive sales experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends.
- Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
