Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Trade-In Trade-Up (TITU) Assistant to join our team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be making phone calls to engage with customers, providing excellent service while promoting our trade-in trade-up opportunities. With over 1,000 customer Repair Orders (ROs) each month, there are ample opportunities to build rapport, support sales efforts, and contribute to the team's success. While phone communication is the top priority, secondary responsibilities include sending emails and text messages. We are willing to train the right candidate on phone techniques, but it is essential they understand that phone calls are the primary form of communication in this position.

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound phone calls to customers regarding trade-in trade-up opportunities.
- Build positive relationships with customers, answer questions, and promote services.
- Follow up on leads generated through service visits and other channels.
- Utilize emails and text messaging as supplemental communication methods.
- Accurately log customer interactions and maintain organized records.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly outreach goals.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable and confident making a high volume of phone calls daily.
- Basic proficiency with email, texting, and CRM or customer tracking systems.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Prior customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required.
