What are the responsibilities and job description for the ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT--PART-TIME position at Cable Development Associates?
Harbor Management is seeking a qualified, motivated and experienced Administrative Assistant for part-time role on the North Shore (Ipswich). The ideal candidate will have experience as an Administrative Assistant, residential property management experience is a plus! This role has a flexible schedule, 5 days/week, 4 hours/day but the time is flexible (10am-2pm, 12pm-4pm..etc).

Act as the first point of contact between residents and the management office.
Work with residents and management to identify resident needs.
Assist the property manager with daily tasks to make the office run smoothly.

- Preparing letters and documents
- Creating work orders based on tenant requests and maintenance needs.
