What you will do to contribute to the company's success

Platform Administration:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the ServiceNow platform, including user management, access control, and performance monitoring.

• Perform routine system upgrades, patches, and maintenance to ensure optimal functionality.

Configuration & Customization:

• Configure and customize workflows, business rules, UI policies, and scripts based on business requirements.

• Create and manage forms, fields, and reports to support various departments.

Incident & Change Management:

• Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring seamless functionality.

• Implement change management processes to test and deploy updates without disrupting business operations.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Support:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with organizational goals.

• Provide training and support to end users to maximize adoption and effective use of the platform.

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for automation and process enhancements using ServiceNow capabilities.

• Stay up-to-date with new ServiceNow features and best practices to recommend and implement system enhancements.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including process workflows, configuration changes, and user guides.

• Generate dashboards and reports to provide insights into system usage, performance, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 2–5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or in a similar role.

• Experience with SPM module (Demand and PPM)

• Proficiency in ServiceNow development tools, including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, capabilities, and best practices.

• Experience with API integrations and third-party tool configurations is a plus.

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred.

• Process Improvement: Strong focus on enhancing workflows and automating processes for increased efficiency.
