Cable's Roofing is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to join our team in our Tyler, Texas office. The Outside Sales Representative will develop customers and sell products and services offered by our company. We are accepting applications from candidates that are new or seasoned in the lucrative career of sales.
The ideal candidate may have prior experience in sales or a related field, but have strong multitasking ability, and excellent follow-up skills. He / she will be an expert communicator with success in negotiation. If you think you are weak in an area, we will train you in the needed skills.

Responsibilities :
- Client support and networking - Acquire and maintain a network of sources to identify new sales leads. Communicate with customers and leads to identify and understand their needs. Align value propositions with customer pain points to sell product / service. Demonstrate the functions and uses of the products or services to customers. Ensure client satisfaction through open discussion. Respond to and fix issues that arise throughout the sales cycle. Stay in constant contact with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest.
- Reporting - Maintain daily Key Performance Indictors (KPI) of sales activities, including leads, contacts, inspections, follow-ups, sales, lost business and any other issues. KPI's are reported to your sales manager.

Compensation :
As an independent outside sales rep, your earning potential is unlimited. We provide the systems and support for those ok with earning just $60k per year and those only satisfied with $150K or more per year. We have a generous commission structure and bonus program.
