The Director of Chapter Enablement is responsible for empowering the organization’s chapter network with the tools, insights, and strategic guidance needed to thrive. What You’ll Do
- Chapter Enablement and Support
- Provide chapters with resources, training, and guidance to optimize operations, drive member engagement, and achieve strategic goals.
- Develop a comprehensive enablement framework that standardizes tools, best practices, and support across all chapters, ensuring consistent quality and impact.
- Strategic Chapter Development
- Design and execute strategic initiatives to expand chapter reach and engagement, using data insights to tailor approaches to each chapter’s unique needs.
- Conduct ongoing assessments of chapter effectiveness, using analytics to identify growth opportunities and foster continuous improvement.
- Technology and Digital Empowerment
- Lead the adoption of digital tools that support chapter communications, operations, and member engagement, equipping chapters to succeed in a digital-first environment.
- Use data analytics to enhance member experiences, providing insights that inform strategic decision-making.
- Community Building and Network Cohesion
- Foster a collaborative network of chapters by facilitating peer-to-peer learning, knowledge sharing, and leadership development.
- Act as a central resource for chapter leaders, supporting the development of a connected and vibrant chapter community aligned with the organization’s values.
- Compliance and Best Practice Implementation
- Ensure chapter activities adhere to 501c6 compliance standards, promoting ethical practices and transparency across the network.
- Develop policies that empower chapters to operate with consistency and responsibility, providing clear guidelines for effective governance.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
What Is a Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree or experience in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a leadership role with a focus on network or chapter support, preferably in a non-profit, association, or multi-site organization.
- Strong background in digital strategy and data analytics, with demonstrated success in using technology to drive engagement and operational efficiency.
- Advanced proficiency in data analytics tools and CRM software, with experience in implementing digital solutions to improve community engagement.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build consensus and nurture relationships across diverse groups.
- Excellent communication skills, adept at public speaking, facilitating group discussions, and delivering effective training sessions.

- Certifications in community engagement, digital marketing, data analytics, or digital transformation.

Compensation: The salary range is $145,600 - $187,200 This position is eligible for bonus incentive compensation up to 25% of base salary.

Working conditions and physical requirements
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment. This position requires travel up to 25% of the time. May be required to lift, move and transport equipment up to 25lbs.
