Description
- Collaborates with Company's sales managers and product innovation team members to fully understand product and communication needs; gathers the materials necessary to understand the assigned projects, as well as competitor insight; analyzes these materials to determine the most effective communications technique; based on assessment, crafts and proposes communications campaigns, which may include social and online media, print media, direct mail, and other multimedia; develops and distributes Company sales, marketing and other Company communication materials for targeted agents and other designated stakeholders, including crafting, drafting, designing, editing, incorporation of feedback related to and timely distribution of flyers, brochures and/or informational materials and related multimedia packages; evaluates success of campaigns when completed; creates, assists in development of and/or maintains and/or updates sales presentations, such as PowerPoint presentations; coordinates and maintains Company's social media | customer education presence, as directed; organizes and coordinates Company’s sales presence at trade shows and related conferences; staffs the company booth, as assigned.
- Under general supervision, professionally communicates with internal and external customers in face-to-face, email, written and telephone interactions.
- Efficiently and effectively utilizes Company’s information systems, software programs and assigned business-related websites to accurately research, prepare and maintain files and to carry out all designated responsibilities outlined below.
- Actively contributes as a member of the Company’s team by providing assistance and support to assigned team members; leads, participates in and/or assists with “special” Company projects, as directed.
- Dynamically enhances Company’s success by taking advantage of learning and development opportunities and personally integrating positive actions to improve individual performance.

A bachelor's degree in graphic design, web design or art, animation, or a related field or a bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, advertising, communications, English or creative writing or a related field, with three to five years recent and related work experience in graphic design or art and/or writing and editing projects; portfolio of relevant previous projects highly preferred.
