Job Summary : The Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst will be responsible for supporting senior management through financial planning initiatives, creating operating performance forecasts, and corporate development assistance for CAC Group. The successful candidate will have a strong analytical background and be able to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the company's financial health.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Analyze, consolidate, and report on company financial performance and profitability.
• Develop and maintain financial models for the company’s budget and forecasting processes.
• Conduct variance analysis illustrating actual performance versus budget and forecast scenarios.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for review by all levels of management.
• Identify, understand, solve, and advise management on business challenges.
• Develop, implement, and maintain Business Intelligence tools.
• Collaborate with other departments to establish process improvements, best practices, and standardization for more efficient and effective financial support.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis as needed to support the company's strategic initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or a directly related field is required
• 3 years of experience with financial analysis or management reporting is required
• General Knowledge of accounting/financial/operational principles
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a changing/fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, familiarity with SQL (SSMS) and Qlik Sense preferred
• Must be comfortable providing technical assistance and financial modeling expertise to internal teams.
• Attentive to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and must be a motivated self-starter.
