Duties & Responsibilities
- Analyze, consolidate, and report on company financial performance and profitability.
- Develop and maintain financial models for the company’s budget and forecasting processes.
- Conduct variance analysis illustrating actual performance versus budget and forecast scenarios.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for review by all levels of management.
- Identify, understand, solve, and advise management on business challenges.
- Develop, implement, and maintain Business Intelligence tools.
- Collaborate with other departments to establish process improvements, best practices, and standardization for more efficient and effective financial support.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis as needed to support the company's strategic initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or a directly related field is required
- 3 years of experience with financial analysis or management reporting is required
- General Knowledge of accounting/financial/operational principles
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a changing/fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, familiarity with SQL (SSMS) and Qlik Sense preferred
- Must be comfortable providing technical assistance and financial modeling expertise to internal teams.
- Attentive to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and must be a motivated self-starter.
