Bartender

Job Summary
We are adding to the ENZO family! Seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a vibrant atmosphere. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring an enjoyable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment and supplies.
• Engage with customers to take drink orders, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to cash handling procedures.
• Monitor guest consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service in compliance with local laws.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary.
• Uphold food safety standards by following proper food handling procedures.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking bar supplies and placing orders as needed.

Skills

• Proven experience in bartending or similar roles within nightclub or fine dining environments.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, brewing techniques, and beverage preparation.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations related to food service.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.25 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
