*Position:* Lead Bartender
*Location:* Caché, Inner Sunset, San Francisco

We are a bistro rooted in French culinary traditions with a modern twist, dedicated to providing an exceptional dining experience. Our bar program reflects our commitment to innovation and quality, offering a curated selection of low-ABV and non-alcoholic cocktails that celebrate seasonality and creativity.
Caché is opening soon, with a targeted launch in the third week of January. We are looking for a passionate and skilled Lead Bartender to join our team and take the helm of our cocktail program. If you are a creative mixologist with a love for crafting unique beverages, we invite you to be a part of our journey.
*Key Responsibilities:*
• *Program Development:* Design, create, and maintain a menu of low-ABV and non-alcoholic cocktails that highlight seasonal ingredients and complement our bistro’s culinary offerings.
• *Team Leadership:* Train, mentor, and manage the bar team to ensure consistency, quality, and exceptional service.
• *Bar Operations:* Oversee daily bar operations, including inventory management, ordering, and ensuring adherence to all health and safety regulations.
• *Customer Experience:* Engage with guests to provide recommendations and ensure a memorable experience that reflects our brand values.
• *Collaboration:* Work closely with the culinary team to align the beverage program with the restaurant’s seasonal and regional focus.
• *Innovation:* Stay informed about industry trends and bring fresh ideas to enhance the bar program.
*Qualifications:*
• Proven experience as a bartender, preferably with a focus on low-ABV and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Strong leadership skills with prior experience managing a bar team.
• Creative and passionate about mixology, with a track record of developing innovative cocktail menus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of seasonal ingredients and a commitment to sustainability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must have or be able to obtain necessary certifications (e.g., RBS).
