We are seeking a versatile and creative Marketing Manager / Web Designer to drive our marketing efforts and strengthen our digital presence across both branches of our business.
Responsibilities :
Marketing Strategy & Execution : Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for both Cache River Mill & MetalWorks and Cache River Creative Company. Drive sales and increase brand awareness through targeted marketing campaigns, utilizing email, social media, and online advertising. Analyze and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI.
Website Design & Management : Design, develop, and maintain responsive and engaging websites using WordPress. Ensure websites for both business branches provide seamless navigation, optimal performance, and a cohesive user experience. Regularly update and refresh content to keep information accurate and relevant.
Content Creation : Use Adobe Creative Suite to design eye-catching graphics and promotional materials that align with our brand identity. Create compelling multimedia content for marketing both custom millwork / metalwork and branded promotional products.eCommerce & Payment Integration : Manage and optimize eCommerce capabilities where applicable. Familiarity with Square credit card processing is a plus, especially for integrating payment solutions seamlessly into our online offerings.
SEO & SEM : Implement SEO / SEM strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic and paid traffic. Conduct keyword research and employ optimization techniques to boost visibility for both arms of the company.
Social Media Management : Create and manage social media content, engage with followers, and implement campaigns to promote our services in millwork, metalwork, and custom promotional items. Leverage social media to enhance brand visibility and drive traffic.
Mobile Application Development : Contribute to designing and developing mobile applications to enhance customer interaction and service accessibility.
Collaboration & Communication : Work collaboratively across teams, including marketing, sales, and production, to align strategies with business goals for both Cache River Mill & MetalWorks and Cache River Creative Company. Ensure clear and effective communication across all departments.
Requirements :
Web Design Expertise : Advanced knowledge of WordPress is required. Proficiency in HTML and website optimization techniques is essential.
Marketing Tools & Strategy : Strong background in digital marketing, including campaign management and performance analytics.
Adobe Creative Suite : Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is required to produce high-quality marketing materials.
SEO / SEM Knowledge : General understanding of search engine optimization and search engine marketing best practices.
eCommerce & Payment Processing : Experience with eCommerce platforms is a plus. Familiarity with Square credit card processing is beneficial.
Social Media Savvy : Experience managing social media platforms and executing successful marketing strategies.
Mobile App Development : Experience in mobile application development is a plus.
Technical Creativity : Ability to leverage UV printers, CO2 and fiber lasers, and 3D printers in marketing strategies for Cache River Creative Company.
Project Management : Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Education and Experience :
Education in Marketing, Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, Communications or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, web design, and digital content creation.
