Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Fire Suppression Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in fire safety systems, including kitchen pre-engineered suppression systems. This role involves both field service and sales responsibilities, ensuring that clients receive the highest quality of service and support for their fire safety needs. The Fire Suppression Specialist will work closely with clients to assess their requirements, provide expert recommendations, and oversee the installation and maintenance of fire safety systems.
Duties
- Conduct assessments of client facilities to determine fire safety needs and compliance with regulations.
- Design, install, and maintain hood and booth pre-engineered suppression systems, ensuring they meet industry standards and local codes.
- Provide technical support for alarm system sales, including product demonstrations and client consultations.
- Collaborate with field service teams to troubleshoot issues related to fire alarm systems and sprinkler fittings.
- Ensure all installations adhere to NFPA and NEC codes and other applicable regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, inspections, and service calls.
- Educate clients on the importance of fire safety measures and recommend appropriate solutions based on their specific needs.
