Responsibilities:
Empower users: Provide exceptional support for a wide range of technologies, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
Solve challenging problems: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues quickly and efficiently.
Stay ahead of the curve: Implement and maintain cutting-edge technologies like Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and cloud solutions.
Collaborate with experts: Work closely with other IT teams to ensure seamless operations and resolve complex issues.

Qualifications:
Required:
Proven experience: Requires bachelor’s degree or equivalent and at least 5 years of experience supporting end-users in a fast-paced environment.
Technical expertise: Strong understanding of Windows operating systems, networking concepts, and common IT applications.
Excellent communication skills: Ability to clearly and concisely communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Desired:
Experience with Linux/Unix, Mac OS, and virtualization technologies.
Familiarity with security protocols and best practices.
Experience with IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
