What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager/Business Systems Analyst position at CACI?
The Opportunity:
- The BSA Manager will oversee and participate in all phases of functional support from planning, analysis of legacy and target systems, through execution, reconciliation and validation exercises.
- Must have strong client leadership and engagement skills and the ability to lead conversations and influence decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop an expert understanding of the clients’ business processes and define and develop solutions consistent with the client’s expectations.
- Coordinate across multiple implementation efforts to ensure decisions are consistent with requirements/expectations/regulations. Work directly with programmers, database administrators, and other technical specialists.
- Document decisions, user stories, requirements, as it relates to new interfaces, conversion, and data cleanse programs. Coordinate within the team and with the customers as required.
- Prepare meeting materials to facilitate customer discussions and perform data analysis.
- Collaborate with other analysts to understand the organization’s business processes and legacy system data and processes.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Expert level understanding of Momentum Financials solution, Federal financial Management business processes, and ERP implementation best practices.
- Supervise employees to include setting goals and objectives and delivering operational results, ensuring policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed, timesheet oversight and management and providing performance, promotion, hiring firing and performance bonus input for direct reports.
