Job Description:
The Opportunity:
CACI is currently looking for a motivated, customer-oriented Quality Control Specialist to join our Submarine Workforce and Industrial Base (SWIB) program.
Responsibilities:
- Standardization of quality management approach
- Internal audit support to assess our quality posture (technical and non-technical), develop and implement processes and procedures to increase quality and monitor quality going forward
- Quality plan development and capture of quantitative metrics to assess quality
- Responsible for evaluating, recommending, and implementing quality tools and strategies
- Designs, implements, and conducts test and quality evaluation procedures to ensure requirements are met
- Develops, maintains, and upgrades quality verification procedures and architectures
Qualifications:
Required:
- Active SECRET Clearance or attainable
- 5 years’ experience and a BA/BS degree
- 5 years of experience supporting high-level & senior Government customers or high visibility projects
- Ability to provide guidance and resolution for team members regarding quality initiatives
- Demonstrated success in influencing others regarding system design, solutions, and procedures
- Ability to prioritize requests, set expectations for task completion, and provide task status
- Have meticulous attention-to-detail and effective professional written and oral correspondence
Desired:
- 5 years as a Quality Manager
- Proven success developing processes and leading quality initiatives
- Proven success in developing quality enhancing processes and procedures
- Proven success in developing training/learning programs
- Ability to apply advanced principles, theories, and concepts, and contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideas
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision in a high paced environment
